Solo Leveling KARMA Release Date news is still a window, not a day. Netmarble put that window in writing on February 5, 2026. The 4Q 2025 financial presentation listed a global launch in the second half of 2026. Since then, no trailer or store page has named a month.
This title is a new game, not another season of ARISE. Gematsu reported the first reveal on July 7, 2025. Netmarble is the publisher. Platforms listed then were PC, iOS, and Android. Consoles were missing from that list, and they are still missing. So a PlayStation or Xbox wait has no official backing yet.
Solo Leveling KARMA Release Date: What Netmarble Has Actually Said
Anime Corner cited the same deck on February 5, 2026. KARMA sat beside two other Netmarble anime games. The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin was tagged for the first half of 2026. Shangri-La Frontier: The Seven Colossi was tagged for the second half, and so was this roguelite. That is accounting language, but it still carries more weight than fan calendars.
A later company note on May 11, 2026 repeated the bucket. KARMA was again “preparing to release” in the second half of the year. The wording did not tighten. Second half still means July through December.
Late August 2026 is already inside that window. If the deck holds, the remaining stretch is September to December. That lines up with a show Netmarble has already booked. On July 23, 2026, the official Facebook account said KARMA is coming to Tokyo Game Show 2026. TGS usually runs in late September. The post did not say the game launches at the show. It only said the game appears there.
How the window was built, show by show
Gematsu’s July 2025 teaser was blunt. “Sung Jinwoo enters the fray of an endless war once again!” The same copy invited players “to discover the untold tale of a 27-year gap.” Then it added, “A tale never revealed in the original work.” That is the pitch. Not another Jeju Island raid. A gap the manhwa names, then skips.
AnimeJapan 2026 is where the logo became a trailer. Anime Corner reported on March 28, 2026 that a surprise PV dropped at the show. Jinwoo fights Monarchs in the Dimensional Gap for 27 years. Only two years pass in the real world. That time split is the hook. It also lets the game run as original story without crashing into the next anime film.
Netmarble’s July 6, 2026 Games Press release filled the next layer. The panel was titled “Solo Leveling: KARMA – Expanding Universe.” It ran on July 4 at the JW Marriott Diamond Ballroom in Los Angeles. Aleks Le sat with the development team. Corrupted Hunters debuted there too. Those Mutated Hunters are built by the Monarchs to kill Jinwoo. New key art shipped with a story trailer. The trailer ends with a tease for “another major reveal coming this September.” September now has a venue, because TGS is already booked.
What the game actually is
Combat is isometric hack-and-slash with roguelite runs. It is not ARISE’s live-service gacha loop. GameRant’s July 6, 2026 trailer write-up listed weapon swapping and combo chaining. A “Blessing” system also changes builds between runs. Shadows such as Igris and Iron can be summoned. Dungeons shift from run to run, rather than sitting on one campaign map. If you have played Hades-style runs, the structure will feel familiar.
Story sits after the original ending. Jinwoo uses the Cup of Reincarnation, then stays in the Dimensional Gap. He fights the 27-Year War so the reset world can live. Netmarble’s July 2025 update named the MacGuffin the “Broken Cup of Reincarnation.” It is restored through Jinwoo’s fragmented memories. Treat that as game canon. It is not a manhwa chapter title.
Casting is the detail most recaps skip. The July 6, 2026 press release named Troy Baker as Antares, the Monarch of Destruction. Baker’s panel line was not corporate. “I really do love the show, and I’m freaking out.” He added, “I’m proudly stepping into the shoes of the Monarch of Destruction, the King of Dragons, Antares.” Netmarble also ran a North America giveaway from July 6 through July 12, 2026. Five winners got a poster signed by Aleks Le and Troy Baker. Small, yet it shows the English cast is a selling point.
Studio credit usually reads Netmarble Neo, with Netmarble Corp. as publisher. That matches how ARISE was staffed. The official site is sololeveling-karma.netmarble.com/en/. Press-kit channels are YouTube @SoloLevelingKARMA and X @Sololv_KARMA.
How this sits next to the anime
KARMA is not Beyond the System, and it is not Season 3. The theatrical film, announced at Anime Expo 2026, continues the TV story after Season 2. We already mapped that split in our Beyond the System movie briefing. This roguelite occupies the war the epilogue only mentions. You can play one without spoiling the other, at least on the plot shown in trailers.
Netmarble also sits on the anime production committee. Voice talent and marketing calendars overlap for that reason. A July anime-expo panel could carry a game trailer without replacing Season 3. For a wider map of hunter content, start at hunterleveling.com.
What is still unknown
No English homepage countdown currently names a day. No PEGI or ESRB listing in official posts is date-coded. No console SKU exists in the Gematsu or Games Press copy. Anyone circulating a November 7 or December 4 leak is ahead of the company. Cut those dates until Netmarble prints them.
The paper trail is consistent, even if it is thin. February’s earnings deck put launch in H2 2026. May’s company news repeated that bucket. July’s Expo panel promised a September reveal. Then the July 23 Facebook post put the next stage at Tokyo Game Show 2026. Stack those four items and the likely shape is a TGS showing, then a late-2026 ship on PC, iOS, and Android. Earnings windows can still slip. Until a store page or dated trailer card appears, H2 2026 is the claim you can defend. A calendar day is not.
